Yoga was always traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student.
Group classes are fun, energizing and help to create a strong community, however, in a group class teachers may not be able to deliver the individualized attention and guidance that we all need at one time or another.
Private 1-1 classes are great if you would like specific attention on an area, or if you are totally new to yoga or perhaps need a refresher and would like to learn the basics before joining a group class.
Or perhaps you would just like to fit in a yoga practice around your own work/life schedule, in your own space and a time suitable for you.
Laura provides 1-1 yoga at your home or chosen location.

Small Private Group Classes
I teach groups of private classes at your own home or your chosen location. It’s fun for you to have private classes with friends, family or create a new group with new friends!
Perhaps you have a small group (some friends, beginners or an antenatal pregnancy class) and would like classes for a few of you together, in your own time suitable for you all. The class would be tailored specifically for all your needs!
