Yoga Hatha/Flow

The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root “yuj”, which means “to yoke” the spirit and physical body together. Yoga has evolved over thousands of years to embrace a wide range of styles and disciplines.

Yoga is a popular activity for all and everyone and can be modified to suit all levels of fitness. Yoga has been proven to lower blood pressure and increases strength and flexibility. Yoga energizes our bodies and calms our minds.

Laura teaches vinyasa flow and hatha yoga, the class will have a focus on breathe (pranayama), asanas (postures) and ending with a final relaxation (savasana). The class always allows at least 5 minutes for the relaxation at the end, relaxation is so beneficial and allows you some time to connect with your mind and relax.

See the timetable for group vinyasa flow or hatha yoga classes. Laura also teaches 1-1 yoga or small private groups.

Private 1-1 classes are offered for both ladies and men.

Pregnancy yoga is also offered.
